To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party services including Garmin Connect. By connecting your Garmin account, you authorize us to access your fitness data as specified in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that:

• Your use of Garmin Connect is governed by Garmin's terms and privacy policy
• We access Garmin data solely to provide our training analytics services
• You can revoke our access to your Garmin data at any time
• We are not affiliated with Garmin and operate independently

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Training recommendations are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

10. Subscription and Billing

If you choose a paid subscription:

• Billing is recurring based on your chosen plan
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms
